Party Terms & Conditions

Booking and Payment
A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required to secure your party date and time. Full payment must be received at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event. If payment is not completed by this deadline, the reservation may be canceled.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event will receive a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability.

Guest Count and Age
Final guest count must be provided no later than 7 days prior to the event. Any additional guests arriving without prior notice may not be accommodated. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Conduct and Safety
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow all instructions given by Sherry Mae Designs staff. Sherry Mae Designs is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during the event. All materials used are non-toxic but participants should avoid ingestion.

Damage and Clean-Up
Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the venue or equipment during the party. Clean-up of the designated party area is included; however, excessive mess may result in an additional fee.

Photography and Media
Photographs and videos may be taken during the event for promotional use by Sherry Mae Designs unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.

Liability
Sherry Mae Designs is not liable for personal property loss or damage during the event. Participation is at guests’ own risk.

By booking with Sherry Mae Designs, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.

Party Arrival and End Time

For all painting parties hosted by Sherry Mae Designs in San Leandro, CA, guests are requested to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. This allows for smooth check-in, seating, and preparation.

Parties typically last two hours, providing ample time for step-by-step painting guidance, socializing, and clean-up. Please plan to stay for the full duration to enjoy the complete experience.

Food and Beverage Policy

We do not provide food or beverages. You are welcome to bring your own refreshments, but please be sure to bring all necessary plates, utensils, cups, and any other items needed for serving and enjoying your food and drinks.

No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the grounds. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
